Cancellation Policy for Elite Dining Experience

In the unlikely event that Elite Dining Experience must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe illness, family emergency, natural disaster), we will:

 

  • Make every effort to find a suitable replacement chef of comparable quality (with your approval).

  • If a suitable replacement cannot be found or is not desired by the client, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

  • Elite Dining Experience is not liable for any additional costs or damages incurred by the client due to such a cancellation.

 

Force Majeure:

Elite Dining Experience will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or adverse weather conditions that make travel or safe service impossible. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule, or a refund may be issued at the discretion of Elite Dining Experience, less any incurred costs.

Acknowledgment:

By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

At Elite Dining Experience LLC, we carefully plan and prepare for each culinary event to ensure an exceptional experience. This includes sourcing the finest ingredients, investing significant planning time, and reserving your specific date on our limited calendar. Our cancellation policy is designed to fairly compensate for these commitments.

 

Deposit & Payment:

 A 50% non-refundable deposit based on the estimated service total is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event date.

For bookings made within 10 days of the event, full payment is required upfront.

 

Cancellation by Client:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email to Elitedining4u@gmail.com) and will be effective upon receipt of the written notification.

 

More than 30 Days Prior to Event Date:

The 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained by Elite Dining Experience LLC. Any additional payments made will be fully refunded.

 

Between 15 and 30 Days Prior to Event Date:

50% of the total estimated service cost will be forfeited and retained by Elite Dining Experience LLC. Any amount paid above 50% will be refunded.

 

Between 7 and 14 Days Prior to Event Date:

75% of the total estimated service cost will be forfeited and retained by Elite Dining Experience LLC. Any amount paid above 75% will be refunded.

 

Less than 7 Days (168 hours) Prior to Event Date:

100% of the total estimated service cost will be forfeited and retained by Elite Dining Experience LLC. This is due to advanced preparation, grocery procurement, and the inability to re-book the date on short notice. No refunds will be issued.

 

No-Shows:

No-shows result in a 100% forfeiture of payments.

 

Rescheduling:

Clients may request to reschedule their event, subject to the Chef's availability and at the sole discretion of Elite Dining Experience LLC.

  • Requests to reschedule received more than 30 days prior to the original event date will incur no additional fee.

  • Requests to reschedule received between 15 and 30 days prior to the original event date may incur a 15% rescheduling fee based on the total estimated service cost.

  •  Requests to reschedule received less than 15 days prior to the original event date will be treated as a cancellation (as per the above policy), and a new booking will need to be made. Any price changes for the new date will apply.
